What You'll Do

As our Organic Growth Specialist, you'll help improve how customers discover and engage with Briggs & Riley online by:

  • Executing SEO and AI search optimization initiatives that increase organic visibility and qualified traffic
  • Identifying content opportunities across our website and external platforms such as Reddit, Trustpilot, YouTube, forums, and review sites
  • Creating SEO-informed content briefs and partnering with our Copywriter to develop engaging product, editorial, and landing page content
  • Collaborating with external SEO agencies and internal Marketing, PR, Development, and Digital Commerce teams to implement optimization strategies
  • Performing technical SEO audits and recommending improvements to crawlability, indexing, structured data, metadata, and Core Web Vitals
  • Monitoring keyword rankings, search visibility, website performance, and LLM referral traffic using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, and other analytics tools
  • Supporting backlink initiatives through partnerships with PR and affiliate marketing teams
  • Working with developers and Digital Operations to improve website performance, customer experience, and conversion opportunities
  • Optimizing product content and discovery across emerging AI-powered search and commerce platforms

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys combining creativity with analytics and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving ecommerce environment.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in SEO, content strategy, ecommerce marketing, or digital marketing within a DTC business
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, and content optimization
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO and analytics platforms
  • Experience working with Shopify or another leading ecommerce platform
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered search concepts, including structured data, featured snippets, and emerging search experiences across platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Perplexity
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • A naturally curious, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous learning

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Ecommerce or retail industry experience
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Basic HTML/CSS or technical SEO knowledge
  • Experience optimizing content for AI-driven search experiences
