Description Position Overview

Ready Rebound is seeking a Marketing Operations & Digital Manager to strengthen the digital, analytics, and operational foundation of our growing Marketing team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both executing marketing programs and using data to understand what is working. The Marketing Operations & Digital Manager will own our email marketing platform and campaigns, website performance and optimization, marketing analytics, and lead tracking and reporting.

This person will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional partners to improve how we capture, track, and measure marketing activity—from initial engagement through MQLs and pipeline. The ideal candidate is analytical, digitally savvy, highly organized, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get the work done.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of Ready Rebound’s email marketing platform.
  • Build and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, and customer/prospect communications.
  • Manage audience segmentation, lists, campaign setup, testing, and deployment.
  • Track email performance, including engagement, click-throughs, and conversions, and recommend opportunities to improve results.
  • Partner with Marketing team members on campaign messaging, content, and strategy.

Website Management & Optimization

  • Manage day-to-day execution and maintenance of the Ready Rebound website.
  • Coordinate website updates, new pages, landing pages, and campaign content.
  • Monitor website traffic, engagement, conversion, and lead-generation performance.
  • Use website analytics to identify opportunities to improve the user journey and conversion.
  • Develop a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve website performance.
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external partners on website development as needed.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain Marketing dashboards that provide clear visibility into performance.
  • Track key metrics across website, email, campaigns, events, and other marketing channels.
  • Help Marketing understand what is working, what isn’t, and where we should invest next.
  • Develop reporting around MQL generation, lead sources, campaign performance, and marketing-influenced pipeline.
  • Translate marketing data into clear insights and recommendations for the broader team and leadership.

Marketing Operations, MQLs & Attribution

  • Partner closely with Sales and Sales Operations to strengthen the process for capturing and tracking MQLs.
  • Improve lead-source tracking and marketing attribution within Salesforce.
  • Help establish consistent processes and definitions across Marketing and Sales.
  • Identify gaps in current data and recommend solutions to improve reporting accuracy.
  • Connect marketing activities to MQLs, opportunities, and pipeline so we can better demonstrate Marketing ROI.

Marketing Technology & Process

  • Serve as the Marketing team’s primary owner of marketing technology and digital tools.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Establish scalable processes for campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Help evaluate new tools and technology as Ready Rebound’s marketing capabilities grow.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency across marketing platforms.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support ad hoc projects and evolving business needs in a fast-growing environment.
  • Assist with customer marketing efforts, including presentations, content, customer stories, and communications.
  • Partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations on projects that support customers and company growth.
  • Jump in where needed to improve processes, solve problems, and help the broader Ready Rebound team succeed.
Required Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, or a related role.
  • Strong experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing and optimizing websites and working with website analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with CRM systems and the marketing data that flows through them.
  • Experience building marketing dashboards and reporting on leads, MQLs, campaigns, and pipeline.
  • Understanding of lead management, marketing attribution, and the Marketing-to-Sales funnel.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on environment where you will both develop processes and execute the work.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and external agency partners.
  • Curious, proactive mindset with an interest in continuously testing, learning, and improving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce experience, including lead-source tracking, campaign objects, and reporting.
  • Experience selecting and implementing a new email marketing or marketing automation platform.
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, healthcare services, or public sector marketing.
  • Experience managing external agency, web development, or marketing technology vendors.
Key Performance Outcomes (First 12 Months)
  • Successfully implement and optimize a new email marketing platform.
  • Establish consistent email campaign and performance reporting.
  • Create clear visibility into website performance and conversion.
  • Improve MQL capture, tracking, and attribution.
  • Build a Marketing dashboard connecting activity to leads and pipeline.
  • Establish stronger Marketing and Sales processes within Salesforce.
  • Create a consistent test-and-learn approach across digital marketing.
  • Give leadership better visibility into where Marketing is driving results and where we should invest next.
Why This Role Matters

As Ready Rebound grows, we need to move beyond simply executing more marketing activity to better understanding which activities are driving engagement, leads, pipeline, and growth.

This role will build the operational and analytical foundation that allows our Marketing team to make smarter decisions, continuously optimize performance, and demonstrate the impact of our investments.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation including base salary, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K).
  • Opportunity to build the marketing operations foundation for a brand-new SaaS platform with strong mission impact—directly improving recovery outcomes for America’s heroes.
  • Collaborative team environment with deep expertise from former first responders, healthcare professionals, and tech leaders.
  • Flexible/remote-friendly work setup.
