Description
The Senior Manager of Marketing will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), and affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative thinking and has a proven track record of driving measurable results across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Marketing
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across channels (Google Ads, social media, display, retargeting)
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals

SEO
  • Lead organic search strategy to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits
  • Collaborate with content, product, and web teams to implement SEO best practices

Affiliate Marketing
  • Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive revenue growth
  • Develop incentive programs, track performance, and optimize affiliate campaigns
  • Monitor and report on affiliate KPIs and ROI

Analytics & Reporting:
  • Establish performance KPIs and dashboards for paid, SEO, and affiliate channels
  • Provide actionable insights to guide strategy and budget allocation

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Mentor and manage a small team of marketing specialists or coordinators
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Creative teams

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and affiliate marketing
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns with significant budget responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
