Job Summary

The Part-Time Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing and business development performance across Health Care Connectors.

This role will utilize Salesforce and other data sources to evaluate referral activity, referral-source performance, sales activity, conversion rates, admissions, territory performance, and overall marketing effectiveness. The Marketing Operations & Data Analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights that help leadership and the Business Development team determine where to focus resources, strengthen referral relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.

This position will also support Salesforce data integrity, reporting, dashboard development, and process improvement to ensure leadership has accurate and meaningful information when making business decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large amounts of data, and experienced with Salesforce reporting and CRM management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or a related role preferred
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience required
  • Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience organizing, analyzing, and presenting data
  • Experience analyzing sales, marketing, referral, pipeline, or operational performance data
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities within data
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable data
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM data management, lead tracking, pipeline management, and sales processes
  • Healthcare, home health, hospice, or healthcare services experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities within a part-time schedule
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Development, Marketing, Intake, Operations, and senior leadership
  • Salesforce Administrator or related certification is a plus

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and analyze marketing, business development, referral, and sales performance data
  • Maintain and monitor Salesforce data to ensure information is accurate, complete, consistent, and current
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for leadership and business development teams
  • Track referral volume, referral sources, admissions, conversion rates, sales activity, account performance, and territory performance
  • Analyze referral trends to identify increases, decreases, patterns, and potential opportunities for growth
  • Evaluate referral-source performance to determine which accounts are generating referrals and admissions
  • Compare business development activity, including account visits and outreach efforts, against actual referral and admission results
  • Identify referral sources receiving significant outreach with limited return and provide data-driven recommendations for follow-up or strategy adjustments
  • Identify high-performing, declining, inactive, and emerging referral sources
  • Monitor lead and referral progression through the sales and admission pipeline
  • Analyze referral-to-admission conversion rates and identify potential barriers or areas of opportunity
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports summarizing marketing and business development performance
  • Create dashboards and visual reports that allow leadership to quickly understand key performance indicators and trends
  • Assist leadership with territory analysis, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and business development planning
  • Monitor established marketing and business development KPIs and identify significant changes in performance
  • Analyze marketing campaign and community outreach performance when applicable
  • Support market and territory analysis to identify prospective referral sources and opportunities for expansion
  • Conduct routine Salesforce audits to identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information
  • Maintain CRM standards and assist with establishing consistent processes for data entry and activity tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce workflows, reporting processes, and overall CRM utilization
  • Partner with Business Development and Intake teams to ensure referral and admission data is captured accurately
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on marketing and business development data
  • Assist with special marketing analytics, business development, and organizational growth projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule

Part-Time: Approximately 20–25 hours per week

Schedule may be structured based on departmental needs and candidate availability. This position requires consistent availability during the business week to collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Intake, Operations, and leadership.

There may be an opportunity for the position to expand based on organizational growth and business needs.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $30–$40 per hour, commensurate with experience, Salesforce proficiency, and analytical background.
