Job Title: Project Manager - Infrastructure Services
Location: Pontiac, MI (Hybrid - 2 Days/Week On-Site)
Type: Contract 
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion to Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $70/hour

Position Overview

  • Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services.

  • Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

  • Determine and work with supervision to acquire required project resources.

  • Oversee project progress and workload throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and evaluation matrices to select vendor products.

  • Write contract Scope of Deliverables.

  • Follow and contribute to process and standards updates and creation.

  • Manage project risks, issues, and action items.

  • Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings, including meeting minutes.

  • Manage communications, including end-user communications, broadcasts, and IT notifications.

  • Monitor and report on project KPIs.
