The Opportunity
The Brand & Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager at Credibly is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining our brand narrative and orchestrating the successful entry of our products into the marketplace. You will bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and tactical market execution, ensuring that every launch drive brand equity and customer acquisition. This role leverages data-driven insights to create effective strategies that support business goals.
What You Will Do:
  • Brand Orchestration: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that defines Crediby's unique value proposition and ensures a consistent voice across all customer touchpoints, including in AI-driven search, LLMs, and emerging discovery platforms.
  • GTM Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end Go-to-Market process for new product features and services, aligning cross-functional teams from product to sales to ensure seamless launches.
  • Market Positioning: Conduct deep competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation within the financial services sector.
  • Messaging Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests on value propositions and core messaging to identify the most effective ways to engage the small business owner audience.
  • New Channel Experimentation: Proactively vet, test, and scale new marketing channels to expand brand awareness and reach untapped customer segments.
  • Multi-Channel Alignment: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to create a continuous feedback loop, ensuring the brand evolves based on real-world customer interactions and business needs.
  • Creative Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end creative lifecycle-from brief to distribution-ensuring all website, email, and social content is engaging, high-quality, and compliant.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all brand and GTM experiments remain fully compliant with financial industry regulations (e.g., TCPA, FINRA).

Who You Are:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Brand Strategy or Product Marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful Go-to-Market launches.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate complex financial products into compelling, human-centric brand stories.
  • Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools used to measure brand reach and conversion.
  • Project Management: Expert at managing multiple high-stakes projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
