What weโ€™re looking for:

Weโ€™re seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Promotional Designer & Copywriter to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for concepting, designing, and writing high-converting digital advertisements across platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and display networks.

This is a hybrid creative plus performance role ideal for someone who understands both visual storytelling and persuasive copywriting, with a strong focus on driving conversions, engagement, and measurable ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design High-Performing Ad Creatives (Static, motion, and video-first formats)
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to each platform and audience
  • Develop full-funnel promotional campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting)
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth, and analytics teams to iterate on creative performance
  • Conduct A/B testing on headlines, visuals, hooks, and CTAs
  • Translate brand messaging into high-impact, direct-response creative assets
  • Stay current with platform trends (Meta formats, Google responsive ads, TikTok, etc.)
  • Optimize creatives based on performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR)
  • Create variations of ads for scaling and testing
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs


Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital ad design and copywriting
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting ads across multiple platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience writing direct-response copy (headlines, hooks, body copy, CTAs)
  • Understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly
  • Experience with video-first content and short-form formats is highly preferred


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing environments
  • Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles
