What is a conversion coordinator?

A Conversion Coordinator is a professional responsible for managing and overseeing the process of transferring data, systems, or processes from one format or platform to another within an organization. They often work on projects involving software migrations, data conversion, or transitioning business operations, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently. Their role includes coordinating between different teams, creating detailed conversion plans, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing disruptions during the transition.
