Job description

Meet Eloquent AI
At Eloquent AI, we're building the next generation of AI Operators-multimodal, autonomous systems that execute complex workflows across fragmented tools with human-level precision. Our technology goes far beyond chat: it sees, reads, clicks, types, and makes decisions-transforming how work gets done in regulated, high-stakes environments.
We're already powering some of the world's leading financial institutions and insurers, fundamentally changing how millions of people manage their finances every day. From automating compliance reviews to handling customer operations, our Operators are quietly replacing repetitive, manual tasks with intelligent, end-to-end execution.
Headquartered in San Francisco with a global footprint, Eloquent AI is a fast-growing company backed by top-tier investors. Join us to work alongside world-class talent in AI, engineering, and product as we redefine the future of financial services.
Your Role
As a Product Designer at Eloquent AI, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our AI-driven enterprise products, with a focus on dashboard design, intuitive data visualization, and Conversational User Interface (CUI) design for our AI agents. You'll work at the intersection of AI, product, and design, crafting seamless, intuitive, and high-impact experiences that empower businesses to engage with AI in meaningful ways.
You'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and AI researchers to define how users interact with and control AI-powered conversations, ensuring that complex workflows feel simple, efficient, and natural. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can move quickly from concept to execution, and is excited about redefining CUI and enterprise AI interactions.
You will:
  • Design AI-powered dashboards for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing AI agents.
  • Create intuitive data visualizations that transform complex insights into clear, actionable displays.
  • Develop and refine CUIs for seamless AI-human interaction.
  • Prototype and iterate rapidly using Figma, motion tools (Rive, Lottie), or front-end code.
  • Define and evolve Eloquent AI's design language, ensuring consistency and usability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, PMs, and AI researchers to shape product vision.
  • Advocate for user-centered design, conducting research and refining interactions based on insights.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in enterprise SaaS, AI products, or data-driven applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and polished UI execution.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to simplify complex interactions into intuitive experiences.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools) for UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Experience working closely with engineers and PMs, balancing technical constraints while maintaining a high design standard.
  • Ability to prototype and iterate quickly, using tools like Lottie, Rive, or front-end coding (HTML/CSS/JS) to communicate ideas effectively.

Bonus Points If...
  • You have experience designing AI-driven products, conversational interfaces, or enterprise automation tools.
  • You've worked in a fast-paced startup and are comfortable designing in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
  • You're proficient in motion design or micro-interactions to bring AI-driven experiences to life.
  • You have hands-on experience with front-end coding (HTML/CSS/JS) to build interactive prototypes.
