Exciting Sales Representative Opportunity! Be the driving force behind expanding access to life-changing treatment for veterans and injured workers. Build strong relationships with providers, deliver innovative solutions to patients, and lead revenue growth by navigating complex referral systems with purpose, adaptability, and care.

Our Sales Representatives play a vital role in advancing Converge's mission by bridging the gap between innovative care solutions and the patients who need them most. By building trusted relationships with providers and delivering personalized support to patients, you help ensure they receive the right solutions at the right time. Your work drives growth, expands access, and plays a direct role in each patient's journey toward recovery.

Details:

  • Location: Travelling in Albuquerque, NM and surrounding area
  • Pay Range: $60,000 + uncapped commission
  • Start Date: June 1, 2026

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Sales Growth: Master the intricacies of Veterans Administration, Workers Compensation, Department of Labor and Personal Injury processes, ensuring revenue growth beyond our objectives. Adapt quickly to strategic changes and operational process improvements. Collaborate with fellow team members to exchange and implement best practices.
    • Build Provider Relationships: Connect with spine surgeons, pain management doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists to build their trust in our products. Conduct in-depth meetings with providers to uncover needs and identify ideal patients for our groundbreaking solutions.
    • Prioritize the Patient: Provide frontline patient care by delivering devices to patients' homes and educating them on the use of our innovative programs. Check in throughout the patient's programs to ensure they are making steady progress.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or equivalent with sales experience in a related industry.
    • A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 75lbs regularly.
    • Must be willing to go inside the patient's home when required.
    • Must live in Albuquerque, NM or surrounding areas.
