Job description

Rahn's Oil & Propane is looking for a full time Convenience Store Manager for our Ripley 1 Stop location. Responsibilties include, but are not limited to the following:

* Leadership - manage and lead staff to create a friendly and positive store environment for employees and customers.

* Customers Service - establish a strong rappot with customers and vendors and demonstrate customers are always a priority.

* Results - Consistently achieves standards for profitability, payroll and inventory.

* Store Operations - Maintains all store operations including inventory, payroll, scheduling, security systems and budget expenses

* Staffing/Recruiting/Hiring/Training/Orientation - maintain a quality staff.

This is a full time salaried position paying $40,000-$50,000/year depending on experience. This opportunity comes with health and life insurance, potential for quarterly bonuses, 401k, Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay. Plus, all employees get 10 cents off per gallon of fuel just for working here!
