You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art outpatient facility, equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies to enhance patient treatment. • Conduct thorough evaluations that include reviewing patient history, performing detailed assessments, and documenting results with clear recommendations.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in personalized goal-setting processes.
• Implement treatment protocols with proficiency, adapting to patient presentations and ensuring compliance with current healthcare trends.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and address any emerging challenges.
• Recognize changes in patients’ conditions and adjust care plans as needed, documenting all modifications and necessary follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all patient interactions, including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, and discharge summaries, streamlining the continuity of care.

• Serve as a mentor to students and less experienced colleagues to advance the competencies of our team.

Our clinic primarily focuses on a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. You'll have the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of patients, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of different demographics, including children, seniors, and athletes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, although we welcome candidates with fresh perspectives and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with specialized treatment modalities (e.g., manual therapy, sports rehabilitation) is advantageous.
• Previous involvement in education, community outreach, or research initiatives will be considered a plus.
