ยท Communicate directly with clients, taxing authorities, and opposing counsel in a professional and responsive manner

ยท Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on tax-related matters impacting business planning, estate planning, and transactions

ยท Maintain organized, accurate matter files in accordance with firm procedures and quality standards

ยท Strong knowledge of federal tax procedure; state and local tax experience a plus

ยท Experience interacting with the IRS (audits, appeals, collections, or litigation)

ยท Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

ยท Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously

ยท Professional, client-focused demeanor with strong communication skills

ยท In-office attendance required
