HIRING:
  • Controls Specialist
TERRITORY:
  • Wilmington, DE and Delaware in general
PURPOSE OF HIRE:
  • Expanding Controls Team (Goal is to Double Controls Team)
SALARY EXPECTATION:
  • $40.00 - $55.00/hour + Overtime

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
  • 350 Employees
  • Operating for 50+ years
  • Growing the Building/Controls Team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • 50% Field - programming in the field. He would have a laptop but might have to use tools as they are a smaller controls division
  • 50% Not-In Field - programming/engineering (work with the Sales team)
  • DDC Programming (Block or Script)
  • Plus - Integration Experience
  • 3rd-Paty Integration: BACnet, Modbus, etc.
  • Troubleshooting of Controls Devices after diagnosing problems in the Controls front-end
