As Controls Engineer, you will play a critical role in bringing our machines to life. You'll design, modify, and optimize PLC programs, integrate advanced control systems, and troubleshoot complex electrical and automation challenges to ensure peak machine performance.
Using your strong knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, NFPA, UL), schematics, communication networks, motion control, and machine safety standards, you'll help ensure our equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Requirements
Our mission is to build the best running machines in the factories; in order to accomplish this, we need to have the best running team in ours!
Candidates for this role will have:
  • 5+ years of experience in controls, automation, or electrical assembly.
  • High School diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Automation, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise with PLC programming, (Allen Bradley strongly preferred) and HMI development.
  • Experience with motion control systems, robotics, and industrial networks required.
  • Experience with electrical codes (NEC, NFPA, UL).
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting and customer support.
