Functional Area: Maintenance

Classification: Exempt

Reporting Structure: Maintenance Manager

Educational Background Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering or experience working in a related field

Skills, Training, and Experience

  • Strong Knowledge of control theory, PLC Programming, SCADA systems, and HMI technologies
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision


Job Content: Essential Functions Required for Job

  • Create and implement control systems and algorithms tailored to manufaturing porcesses, ensruing they meet operational needs and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to intergrate control systems with existing machinery and porcesses, optimizing performance and fuctionality.
  • Conduct systems testing and debugging to ensure reliabilty and safety of control systems, addressing any issues that arise during operation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of control systems, processes, and configurations to ensure compliance with industry regualtions and facilitate future reference.
  • Provide traning and technical support to other engineers and operators on the use and maintenance of controls systems.
  • Performs other related duties assigned.
