Description
The Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for overseeing the organization's accounting and financial reporting functions to ensure accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency. This role manages all aspects of financial operations, including daily accounting activities, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
In addition to core financial oversight, the Controller works closely with executive leadership to evaluate financial performance, identify trends and risks, and provide strategic insights that support organizational growth and decision-making. The Controller also leads and mentors the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across departments.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field strongly preferred; bachelor's degree in one of those fields required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
