POSITION SUMMARY
The Controller of Finance will oversee all accounting operations within the company, which includes maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and managing a team of finance professionals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Prepare detailed budget reports and forecasts, providing insights for strategic planning.
- Lead the audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
