The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$117,900.00 - $176,900.00
Purpose Statement: Support the controller in the management of the site finance team and the achievement of the organizational goals. Successor role to the controller.

  • Challenge the status quo, identify areas for improvement, and understand the financial impact of these changes.
  • Analyze and understand business profitability, prepare forecasts, focus on predictability, and review performance versus expectations, demonstrating creative approaches to financial challenges.
  • Understand sector and site strategy, financial goals, and objectives, and support efforts to deliver these objectives and goals.
  • Develop a high-performing team, providing regular feedback, and focus on mentoring, personal and career development, succession planning and career mapping.
  • Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered

Other Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel is required.
  • Experience with or expertise in financial systems is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Data storytelling and converting data into insights are strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Travel Requirements:
  • Less than 40%
