He is seeking a polished, strategic Director of Finance to serve as his ultimate professional right-hand someone who can take full ownership of his personal, family office, and business financials and free up his time for higher-level priorities. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a high-net-worth principal in a trusted, high-visibility role with genuine long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Tax Oversight & Executive Review: Serve as an expert filter between the principal and outside accountants. Review personal tax returns with a critical eye to catch errors, missed deductions, or planning opportunities. Be prepared to step in and prepare personal returns directly if ever needed.

Financial Operations & Cash Flow Management: Own day-to-day financial operations across three operating businesses and the family office - managing bank accounts, bill pay/accounts payable, cash flow forecasting, and payroll (via Paychex). Systems Management: Maintain clean, accurate books and general ledgers in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Executive Right-Hand / Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact bridging the principal, internal team members, and external CPAs/advisors.

Candidate Profile Experience: A seasoned finance professional with deep career maturity who can operate as a grounded, trusted advisor.
