Assistant Controller Responsibilities
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • The Assistant Controller will support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Oversee general ledger activity and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • The Assistant Controller will support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit requests.
  • Help strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and departmental procedures.
