Role Overview

As an AV Technician, you will support the service team by assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks for existing smart home systems. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with basic wiring or install experience who is eager to specialize in the service side of the AV industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving client system issues (remotely and in-person).
  • Support the lead service technician on site visits.
  • Maintain service records and uphold high standards for system uptime and functionality.
  • Learn and adopt standard service processes with a path toward independent assignments.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of AV cabling or basic install experience (retrofit or new construction).
