Job description

Keys Federal Credit Union has an employment opportunity for a full-time Member Support Service Representative in our Call Center.
Work schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
The Member Support Service Representative assists members and potential members with their telephone and online requests; explains services, offers and recommends CU products and services; responds to and researches member questions, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area. Offers exceptional service to members by meeting or exceeding our service guidelines.
A Day in the Life:
  • Provide a positive experience to our members and potential members over the phone, via email and secured messages.
  • Help our members with account questions, online banking issues, and credit card disputes.
  • Provide members and potential members with product and service information in a helpful efficient manner.
  • Build and retain member relationships through service quality and member needs satisfaction.
  • Promote the Credit Union's products and satisfy members' financial needs through suggesting additional credit union services.
  • Manage daily wire transfer activities.
  • Act as membership officer, QC, review, and approve membership applications
  • Assist other departments with member related adjustments

The Qualifications we are looking for:
  • Bilingual/Spanish/Russian/ Creole helpful but not required
  • 6 months to two years of similar or related experience
  • Experience in a financial institution (preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
  • Work as a team player
  • Moderate PC proficiency
  • Ability to type 30 wpm
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
