Base Pay: $20.52 an hour.

The Control Room Coordinators work in any one of the three functional areas for Laboratory Testing (Stock testing, Fabric testing or Raw Materials testing). In this role, you will be expected to understand and work in conjunction with the Lead Lab Technician in all aspects of Laboratory functions and material testing, including tasks outside of typical job scope. The ideal candidate will sample restricted stock, fabric, wire, raw materials and/or components and be responsible for conducting all applicable testing and reporting results within the guidelines established. In this role, the candidate may assist the Chemist/Lead Lab Technician in tasks outside of job scope in order to maintain optimal plant performance.

Shift Information: 8-hr shift Monday through Friday. Weekend overtime scheduled per needs of the business.

This opening will be 3rd shift- 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Overtime coverage required to cover vacations and absence for coworkers.

Work Environment: Findlay, Ohio Plant

The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the factory. The job is within a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, fumes, and noise. Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations.
