Compensation: $58,000 to $66,560.00

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and wire electrical control panels in accordance with project specifications, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Install electrical components such as relays, switches, circuit breakers, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and other devices into control panels.
  • Inspect wiring and components for accuracy and compliance with industry standards, ensuring proper connections and safety adherence.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues during the assembly of control panels.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and project managers to meet design specifications and project requirements.
  • Guide and support less experienced technicians by sharing knowledge, providing hands-on assistance, and reinforcing best practices to promote skill development and quality workmanship.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of wiring configurations, components used, and modifications made during the assembly process.
  • Follow all electrical safety standards and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Keep workstations, tools, and equipment organized, clean, and in good working order.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in electrical systems or control panel wiring preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in control panel assembly, wiring, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical components, wiring techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing instruments.
