Job description

We are seeking an Electrical Control Panel Assembler to build and test electrical control panels used in large industrial water systems. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on electrical assembly experience and strong mechanical aptitude in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and wire electrical control panels and enclosures

  • Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions

  • Test and troubleshoot panel wiring as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards

  • Support production and assist other departments when necessary

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical panel assembly or related industrial electrical work

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

  • Comfortable working overtime, including Saturdays

Preferred Experience:

  • PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, pump systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics

  • Allen-Bradley control systems

  • Industrial water treatment or water system equipment

Work Environment:
This position is based in an industrial manufacturing environment and may involve lifting, standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working around loud equipment, heat, dust, fumes, and moving machinery.
