Located at the Cass Lake Service Unit in Minnesota, this role supports inpatient dietary services in a hospital setting. The Quality Control Manager independently monitors and enforces compliance with all performance, sanitation, and quality standards under the dietary services contract.Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP)
  • Conduct internal inspections and audits of dietary services
  • Monitor and document compliance with HACCP and FDA Food Code standards
  • Submit monthly Quality Status Reports (QSRs) to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)

Qualifications:
