Your contribution:

You lead the development and operation of a high-standard quality management system to ensure all infrastructure measures at Vodafone sites meet peak excellence

You take full ownership of the end-to-end acceptance process for new builds, modifications, and dismantling projects, including efficient resource and timeline planning

You drive the qualification and steering of partner models, defining skill profiles and creating training materials to ensure our partners deliver top-tier results

You optimise production processes through detailed analysis of costs and bottlenecks, implementing innovative measures to continuously boost efficiency and quality

You lead the planning and execution of supplier audits to control the infrastructure and systems suppliers used during deployment

You act as a strategic expert in workshops and working groups, designing specialized solutions and representing technical positions to shape the future of the industry

What makes you stand out:

A university degree in a relevant field or a comparable professional qualification

Over 5 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of deep expertise within the specific area of responsibility

Comprehensive technical knowledge of telecommunications systems and infrastructure deployment/modifications

Proven track record in professional project management and a strong understanding of deployment workflows

Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to prioritise complex tasks under pressure

Excellent communication and information skills, including the ability to lead technical topics and manage professional networks

Fluency in English (written and spoken), proficient IT skills (MS Office), and a valid Class B driver's license
