Standard Job Description Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly skilled individual to perform as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Meridian program's Enterprise Integration Team. As a Software Engineering Cost Account Manager, you will: Establish and assess progress multiple Control Accounts (CA) and Work Packages (WP) Define and assess completion of scope against the work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure in accordance with Agile planning and program integrated master schedule Plan, assign and determine program performance based on earned value techniques, using Agile processes Ensure time phased budget reflects contractual requirements Review data for supporting cost and schedule analysis, including identifying and communicating risks and opportunities Supply status and updates to the program schedule and Jira planning Provide objective progress assessments to the program stakeholders Prepare/approve/accept Work Authorizations Documents Lead and coordinate technical product development and reviews through the design lifecycle Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience Experience with Cost Account Management and/or Earned Value Management Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Desired Skills Experience with Agile planning and execution Experience with Software Engineering Process Experience with program planning Experience preparing Basis of Estimates Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management Demonstrated ability to work in self-directed manner, work independently, and leverage best practices Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
