This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to balance your professional responsibilities with personal life. You will collaborate with educational institutions and interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive mental health plans. • Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students, addressing crises, behavioral issues, and mental health challenges.
• Document all client interactions and progress in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess the needs of students effectively and devise actionable and supportive strategies.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each child’s unique circumstances.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with all pertinent guidelines and regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between students, families, and relevant community organizations, ensuring accessibility to necessary resources and services.
• Communicate openly with all stakeholders to promote the agency's mission while meeting contractual obligations.
• Engage in community outreach to cultivate relationships with local, state, and federal agencies for enhanced partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Commit to your personal and professional growth through continuous education and attending relevant conferences and meetings.
• Align with and promote the agency's mission, values, and core principles in all interactions.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet organizational needs.

The focus of your work will be on children and adolescents who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Many students you will work with may come from diverse backgrounds and experience socioeconomic challenges. By providing culturally competent care, you will help these individuals navigate their emotional and psychological landscapes, ultimately fostering resilience and well-being.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Current and valid state licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience working in school-based settings or with youth populations.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care practices.
• Knowledge of community resources available for children and families in need.

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, the role offers:
