Primary Care Nurse Practitioner – Palm Springs, CA

Outpatient | $70–$75/hr | Mon–Fri | Collaborative Team

A respected and mission-driven healthcare group in Palm Springs is expanding access to primary care across the Coachella Valley. We’re seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative outpatient team focused on chronic condition management, annual visits, and episodic care.

Position Highlights:

  • M–F, 8am–5pm | 12–18 patients/day

  • $70–$75/hr starting

  • Team-based care: pharmacists, RNs, MAs

  • Minimal after-hours call (3–5x/month)

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required

  • New grads considered
