Overnight Shift Manager- this is a full-time, exempt position, Wed.-Sat. (Wed. 10pm-9am, Thurs. 10pm-9am, Fri.10pm-9am, and Sat. 10pm-9am). This position is located in San Francisco at our Vicente campus.

Position Description:
The Overnight Shift Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the Acute Intensive Services Residential Program while meeting professional, contractual and quality standards.
Essential Functions
- Directly supervises team of Upnight AIS Counselors
- Assesses emergency or crisis situations, coordinates response, and implements plans concerning these events
- Functions as the designated facility manager as required by Community Care Licensing and is responsible for the implementation of agency policies and treatment plans for the children in his/her care
- Coordinates directly with On-Call Leadership as needed regarding crisis/emergency situations and client or staff needs
- Directly supervises clients to maintain staff to client ratios.
- Facilitates weekly Upnight Team meetings
- Familiar with, and implements, cottage routines and structure, the children's' individual treatment plans and other relevant cottage and agency programs and plans.
- Works collaboratively with the campus leadership and Crisis Stabilization Unit Upnight staff to implement cottage programs and overnight
- Familiar with, and implements, agency policies regarding disaster preparedness and response.
- Attends management meetings as assigned.

Applied Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Two years of experience working in the mental health field.
- Ability to physically hold and/or restrain children, following "Handle with Care" principles & techniques.
- Must apply for, or possess, a National Provider Identification (NPI) Number within one week of date of hire.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences preferred.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated writing proficiency.
- Valid CA Driver's License.
- CPR/First Aid certified.
The salary range for this position is $70,304.00-$75,670.40. As part of our team, benefits-eligible employees receive an excellent comprehensive benefits package:
