Job description

Overnight Caretaker / Certified Nursing Assistant

Legacy Village of Provo in Provo, UT is calling all friendly and energetic individuals to apply to join our overnight team as an entry-level full-time Overnight Caretaker / Certified Nursing Assistant!

We are a senior living company in a beautiful facility near the BYU campus that offers a schedule of 10:30pm-6:30am and a friendly work environment. We pay our entry-level Overnight Caretakers / Certified Nursing Assistants a competitive wage of $17+/hour depending on experience. Our caregiving team also enjoys great benefits, including hotel discounts, an annual Lagoon day, flexible schedules, and holiday parties with residents.

Additionally, we offer our full-time employees paid time off (PTO), employee discounts, a 401(k) with company match, dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, a health savings account (HSA), a retirement plan, and an employee referral program. Plus, we make it easy to apply with our initial quick mobile-optimized application. If we have your attention, please continue reading!

Following a "personal touch" philosophy, we take the time to get to know our guests and residents and always look for ways to provide care beyond what is expected. We are guided by six core values: Be loving. Choose wisely. Perform together. Act boldly. Express gratitude. Mind the store. We believe that the more independent our assisted living residents are, the happier and healthier they feel.

We entrust only the most qualified, dependable, dedicated, and trustworthy individuals with the care of our clients. We strive to take good care of our staff. There really is a sense of family with the residents and co-workers here. If you're looking to work with a supportive, happy, and fun team, look no further!

Ask yourself: Do you have a cheerful attitude? Are you honest and hard-working? Do you enjoy working with seniors? If so, please consider applying for this full- or part-time overnight position today!

This full- or part-time caregiving position typically works flexible hours during the overnight shift.

In this entry-level CNA position, you arrive each day determined to treat our senior living residents with respect and kindness. Your positive attitude makes a big impact as you assist with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, skin care, nail care, and oral hygiene. You are always friendly and warm as you chat and interact.

Encouraging residents to develop friendships by socializing and participating in leisure activities, you assist in their preparation for and transport to and from such activities. You are patient and calm, treating those you care for the way you would want your own family members treated. You go home tired but feeling good about the positive impact you have made in the lives of our senior residents!

What we need from you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • CNA and CPR certification or the ability to become certified

CNA experience is preferred but not required. If you're looking for full- or part-time overnight work and can perform this entry-level CNA job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our caregiving team!
