Job description

Our organization is seeking dedicated primary care providers to join the Primary Care Service team. These professionals play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare across all our facilities. With access to advanced medical resources and ongoing program enhancements, our providers in Orlando are positioned to excel in patient care. A three-year residency in either internal medicine or family medicine is mandatory. Additionally, candidates should ideally possess board certification in family or internal medicine, a DEA-X waiver, and relevant experience in an adult outpatient primary care setting within the past two years.

Compensation: Competitive salary, annual performance bonuses, and regular salary adjustments.

Paid Time Off: Enjoy 50-55 days of paid time off annually, which includes 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid federal holidays, and a potential 5-day paid absence for continuing medical education (CME).

Retirement Benefits: Traditional federal pension (with a 5-year vesting period) and a federal 401K plan with contributions of up to 5% from the organization.
