Pay Rate Range: $45.00/hr. to $50.00/hr. on W2
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only
Work Schedule: Part time: 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, 20 hours per week.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO
About the role:

  • **** is building a music experience that brings licensed music to creators, backed by direct deals with major labels, publishers, and performing rights organizations.
  • As we move from deal-making into launch and steady-state operations, we need someone to own the operational backbone of our rightsholder relationships the recurring monthly reporting, asset flows, and approvals that keep up to 40 partners in good standing and keep the product compliant.
  • This is a builder's role. You won't inherit a mature process; you'll design it.
  • If you like turning a messy, high-stakes set of obligations into clean, repeatable systems, this is for you.
What you'll do:
  • Own monthly partner data and monthly reporting. Design, prepare, and deliver recurring reporting packages for up to 40 music-industry rightsholder partners (labels, publishers, PROs), ensuring each report is accurate, on time, and matches contractual requirements.
  • Facilitate over 20 partner sync meetings. Coordinate and execute recurring partner check-ins - scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-through on action items across a large partner roster.
  • Manage asset intake and delivery. Build and own the process for receiving assets from partners and delivering assets to them, with clear tracking of what's due, received, and outstanding.
  • Own asset review and approval. Manage review and sign-off of artist usage for templates within Premiere Mobile, coordinating with legal and partners to keep approvals current.
  • Build the systems. Stand up the trackers, calendars, checklists, and workflows that make all of the above repeatable and auditable as the partner count and volume grow.
Skills:
What we're looking for:
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail - you catch the missing field before a partner does.
  • A process-builder's mindset: you see a recurring task and immediately want to systematize it.
  • Comfort managing many parallel obligations and deadlines without dropping threads.
  • Clear, professional communication with external partners.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, product, and business teams.
Education:
  • Preferred: Prior temp/agency experience at Adobe
  • Experience in music licensing, rights management, partner management, or the music/entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with rightsholder reporting, royalties, or clearance workflows.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud / Premiere, or content/asset management tools.
BENEFITS:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, well-being, and financial security of our employees and their families. Eligible employees may receive:
  • Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement Plans: Participation in a company-sponsored retirement savings plan.
  • Legal Service Plans: Offering access to attorneys for legal advice and representation.
