Job description

Required Skills & Experience • Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 3+ years of experience with AFSIM, ITASE, NGTS, or similar simulation environments, OR 7+ years of equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Modeling & Simulation (M&S) experience
• Experience developing and analyzing simulation-based scenarios
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, or Design of Experiments (DoE)
• Experience supporting analysis of combat systems, weapon systems, air defense, electronic warfare, or command and control (C2) environments
• Experience creating analytical reports, dashboards, or data visualizations Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience with Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar programming languages
• Experience developing or modifying AFSIM scripts Job Description Insight Global is seeking a TS/SCI Simulation Analyst to support advanced modeling and simulation efforts within a national defense environment in Charlottesville, Virginia. This individual will use AFSIM and other simulation tools to assess weapon system performance, develop operational scenarios, and provide data-driven recommendations that support mission success. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and either a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 3+ years of experience using AFSIM, ITASE, NGTS, or similar simulation environments, or 7+ years of equivalent experience. Candidates must also have 3+ years of Modeling & Simulation (M&S) experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience evaluating complex combat systems, and the ability to translate simulation results into actionable insights. The pay for this role ranges from $50-$86/hour, based on experience.
