Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Learning Program Manager to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will take ownership of critical onboarding and role-based training programs. The ideal candidate will bring a learner-centric mindset, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to create meaningful, role-specific training that supports performance and long-term development. This role blends instructional design, content development, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement, all while ensuring alignment with enterprise learning standards. Job Description:

Role-based Content Development & Program Management

  • Design, develop, and execute a high-impact onboarding experiences for roles across the company, applying instructional design best practices and principles of adult learning to drive knowledge retention, leadership readiness, and performance outcomes.

  • Lead end-to-end content design and continuous program improvement efforts by analyzing learner feedback, business needs, and performance data.

  • Maintain and optimize the current role-based onboarding processes to reflect evolving operational needs and align with business strategy.

  • Own Clinical Director program coordination, logistics, stakeholder communications, and resource planning.

  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments and requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders to identify learning gaps and opportunities for new content creation.

  • Develop and maintain a standardized performance scorecard for the onboarding experience and provide quarterly updates and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and SMEs to ensure content accuracy and alignment with enterprise learning governance standards.

  • Ensure learning content is relevant, inclusive, and continuously improved through feedback loops and learning experience evaluation.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Measurement & Impact Analysis

  • Define and track ROI measures to demonstrate training program effectiveness.

  • Conduct impact analysis to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Change Management & Governance

  • Drive change management efforts related to learning initiatives and onboarding processes.

  • Ensure all programs and content align with enterprise learning governance and are ATC-compliant.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, onboarding, or training operations (healthcare experience preferred).

  • Strong facilitation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Familiarity with LMS course authoring (Workday preferred).

  • Experience designing learning content and measuring learning effectiveness.

  • Proficiency in change management and governance alignment in a learning context.
