  • Experience analyzing and presenting business performance data.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.

As an SMB Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to help transform how SMB organizations operate in the region. You'll also participate in all aspects of building the business, including attainment of assigned strategic objectives, business planning, demand generation, customer engagement, and at-scale marketing activities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of SMB sellers to acquire new Google Cloud customers, achieve team goals to maximize business growth by focusing on motivating, enabling and developing the team to be successful.
  • Manage the business operation to function at scale, prioritizing methods to operate more efficiently while maintaining high-touch customer engagement.
  • Manage a weekly forecasting cadence through detailed pipeline reviews. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against quarterly goals.
  • Coach, develop and maintain a high-performing culture that attracts and retains talent.
  • Manage productive relationships with sales development, marketing leaders, and representatives as well as our partner ecosystem, to drive strategy and execution.
