Job Description

The Alion team in Dayton Ohio is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide cost and funding analysis support for our Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Analysis includes, but not limited to: detailed financial tracking, forecasting and execution of total program funding; budget and individual voucher tracking from multiple sources; program financial requirements tracking; and budgeted, obligated and executed funding status.

Qualifications

The candidate will have a minimum of 10 years financial/budget experience in DoD programs and have a working knowledge of the following DoD financial software systems: CCaRs, ABSS, STARS and SMART. Bachelor's degree (finance field desired) and actual experience with DoD FMS programs (desired). Work experience may be adjusted based on education or highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience. The applicant must possess sufficient motivation and experience to perform with little to no supervision. Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and possess at least a SECRET Clearance.
