Job description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our behavioral health facility in Tucson, AZ. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity and comes with an outstanding benefits package including a $10,000 sign on bonus to all floor RN's. Requirements:
  • Must have a valid RN license from the state of AZ or compact

Duties:
  • Provide detox services
  • Connect patients with services within the community
  • Produce care plans and risk assessments
  • Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and patients
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation of patient treatments
