Job description

Would you like to work closely with your business clients to develop an innovative procurement program and deliver on the legal aspects of large-scale strategic procurement transactions.
Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support our rapidly evolving WW Ops network and portions of Amazon's shared services teams in Finance and HR. Our team is seeking someone who has the ability to know where they are needed, who can identify and drive global process improvements, and work cross-functionally with other teams.


Key job responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of third party contractual relationships, including products and services agreements, software licensing and hosted services agreements, work orders, amendments, and NDAs.
- Provide day-to-day advice to business clients on transactions, processes, systems, and internal and external communications.
- Own the review of legal agreements, negotiations with vendors, and internal approvals prior to executing transactions.
- Lead the improvement of processes and client services.
