Job description

We are seeking a contract recruiter for an inital 6-month contract opportunity in Washington, DC. You will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for intern openings, including posting job advertisements on relevant databases such as Handshake, college career boards, networking, and qualifying candidates.
Screen, interview and register prospective intern candidates.
Submit and review candidates to hiring managers. Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers.
Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long-lasting professional relationships.
Experience in campus or early-career recruitment and iCIMS is preferred.
