Job Summary:

Perform contract activities within Contracts Department. Provide support to Manager of Contracts & Bids, NA Sales Management, and National Accounts.

Essential Functions:

  • Create contracts, price lists, and other contract documents Maintain Electronic files for Contracts in ZOLL's Contract Lifecycle Management Software

  • Field calls from Field Sales and Customer Service regarding national accounts , contracts, and pricing issues and information

  • Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle system as required

  • Respond to miscellaneous data/report requests

  • Review terms and conditions for compliance with ZOLL's standard policies and legal requirements and elevate to appropriate levels for review

  • Support Contracts Department, National Sales Accounts, and Senior Management, as needed

  • Complete other department projects as assigned by Contracts Manager

Skill Requirements:

  • 3 - 5+ years contracts experience, preferred

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization

  • Strong overall computer skills - high level of proficiency with Excel, Word, databases and the internet are essential

  • Knowledge of reporting software (i.e. Crystal) is desirable

  • Contracts and National Accounts experience

  • Experience working with Oracle and other ERP systems a plus

  • Ability to retain and recall previously introduced processes and procedures

  • Ability to prioritize work

  • Ability to work independently after training

Education

  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred

The hourly pay rate for this position is:

$28.00 to $35.00
