National Corporate Housing is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager. This individual will drive profitable sales growth through the management and development of outside salespeople in assigned markets. With proven people management experience, including an established closing ability, this individual will be hands-on in assisting to win business. This individual will produce and use data analytics to forecast, measure and strategize sales performance. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer services skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and promote National's mission statement, strategic vision, and core values to customers.
  • Responsible for consistent achievement of team sales goals, taking necessary action to ensure sales targets are achieved, and exceeded.
  • Collaborate weekly with General Managers to execute a sales strategy that supports and exceeds budgeted revenue and gross profit goals for individual markets while supporting the overall sales goals of the organization.
  • Participate proactively in the sales cycle alongside Business Development Representatives, attending calls with clients and prospects to close business, and coach BDR
  • Manage team adherence to agreed sales processes including email campaigns and cadences, and Plans to Win
  • Drive customer acquisition, client retention, and growth, as well as identify market expansion opportunities.
  • Interview, onboard, and retain Business Development Representatives
  • Proactively coach and train Business Development Representatives to carry out needed sales and service initiatives
  • Produce reports on key data metrics, for sales forecasting, strategy, team performance measurement, and motivation
  • Attend meetings with SVPs, and Regional Directors. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly remote. Quarterly in-person at National’s Denver office.
  • Participate in National’s Sales Initiatives as directed by SVP
  • Maintain a high profile within the industry to identify new opportunities and increase market level efficiencies of all sales programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
  • 3+ years of successful people management experience, within a sales environment
  • 5+ years of personal selling experience including lead generation, and a sales cycle demonstrating value that helps companies improve their operating performance.
  • Experience and knowledge of Corporate Housing, Property, Hospitality, or Lodging Industries
