Job Title: Contractor Program Security Administrator (CPSA) / Principal Security Officer (PSO) Job Category: Security Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US Anticipated Posting End: 8/1/2026 The Opportunity: We are seeking a passionate and driven individual with solid Government security experience as a Facility Security Officer / Contractor Special Security Officer to execute all tasks needed for development and maintenance of facility security requirements. Position requires experience in personnel clearance processing and personnel security. Coordinates and monitors highly sensitive aspects of the DOD, Intelligence Community, other industrial security programs and related security activities, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Protect classified government information and monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel and administrative security systems and procedures Maintain security clearance records and processes security clearance documents for personnel requiring access under multiple government contracts and subcontracts Conducts security briefings and develops and conducts security education programs for all cleared personnel Responsibilities: Successful candidate will manage the performance of the following independent duties and must have previous experience of performing such duties: * Processing incoming and outgoing classified documents and materials
* Demonstrated expertise utilizing DISS & Scattered Castles
* Process incoming and outgoing classified visits to include passing visits via DISS or other customer specific procedures
* Provide facility security support to include alarm checks, program access controls, alarm response and issuing badges
* Conduct annual security self-reviews and follow up on corrective actions
* Personnel Security processing to include pre-screening and tier one adjudications
* Prepare and submit Reinstatements, Crossovers, Nomination Letters, 4311s, CPRLs, JAFAN SAP Formats, RFAs and XOBs
* Ensure all SF86s (word document or e-QIP) are reviewed for accuracy prior to submission
* Track community badge expiration dates and ensure all badge renewal submittals are submitted in a timely fashion
* Provide guidance to employees and subcontractors regarding matters of personnel security
* Provide security indoctrinations, debriefings, and annual refresher trainings
* Provide training and/or demonstrate familiarization with security related equipment such as STEs, shedders, and the use of intrusion detection devices and access control systems Qualifications: Required: * Clearance : Requires a TS/SCI security clearance and consent to participate in government-sponsored Polygraph program
* Experience : 8+ years of related experience. Experience with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency and Intelligence Community organizations is a plus.
* Education : High School diploma Required Skills: Working knowledge of DoD/IC Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operational rules and clearance processing procedures, including in-depth knowledge of NISPOM
* Must have strong customer service and service delivery orientation; well organized and confident to work independently but be a strong team player.
* Demonstrate ability to multitask and ability to prioritize a workload with minimal supervision; be self-motivated and result oriented. Desired: * Experience fulfilling the Personnel Security Assistance / Assistant Facility Security Officer mission in support of multiple clients
* NCMS Industrial Security Professional certification
