NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated distribution route within our established South Bend, IN operation. This is a consistent, revenue-generating opportunity requiring a Large SUV or Mini Van. We believe every delivery is more than just a drop off—it's an opportunity to make someone's day.

Your Mission
  • Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure packages are delivered safely and on time while maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and exceptional service.
  • Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to efficiently navigate your route, maximizing productivity and minimizing travel time.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Build positive relationships with customers by providing professional, friendly, and dependable service at every stop.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Adapt quickly to traffic, route changes, and customer needs to ensure deliveries stay on schedule.
Route Details & Schedule (South Bend Area)
  • Compensation: Guaranteed $175 per day (Average weekly commission: $700)
  • Schedule: Tuesday through Friday
  • Start/End Time: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Required Vehicle: Large SUV or Mini Van
  • Weekly Mileage: Approximately 680 miles
  • Daily Stops: Approximately 25–50

Vehicle Requirements
  • Candidates must possess a Large SUV or Mini Van.
  • The vehicle must be 2013 model year or newer. This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate cargo space.

  • Vehicle: Own a vehicle that can pass a multi-point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
  • Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
  • Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Successfully complete our pre-employment process before beginning work, which includes:
    • Driving History Review (past 36 months)
    • Criminal Background Check
    • Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening
