Superior Contracting & Maintenance is hiring experienced, insured 1099 contractors in plumbing and electrical trades to handle rotating residential maintenance work orders. We're not a job board or lead platform-there are no fees. You receive real jobs in your service area from our partner portfolios and get paid fast upon completion.
We're looking for professionals who want to fill their calendar with reliable side work while still running their own businesses or maintaining other contracts.

Requirements
  • Must be a 1099 contractor with active General Liability Insurance (COI required)
  • Worker's Comp preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in plumbing or electrical service
  • Must have your own tools and vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
  • Must complete brief onboarding call with vendor team before work is assigned
  • Ability to use a online service portal to track and manage work orders
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Currently in the US

Disqualifiers
  • No current insurance coverage (COI required)
  • Inability to complete onboarding or communicate professionally
  • No reliable vehicle or trade tools

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to residential plumbing and electrical service requests
  • Perform diagnostics and basic repairs on the first trip, when possible
  • Handle work within provided "Not-to-Exceed" (NTE) budgets (average $150-$350)
  • Submit estimates for larger repairs or projects that go beyond the NTE
