Licensing Requirement
Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required prior to your start date.

If you're currently completing your licensing, we'll provide study resources, coaching, and support to help you become fully licensed before joining our team.
What You'll Do

  • Process applications, policy changes, and endorsements accurately.
  • Stay current on products, industry updates, and agency offerings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals.
