Voda Cleaning & Restoration | Miami-Dade County, FL
Hybrid / Field-Based | Full-Time
Build Voda's Presence in Miami-Dade
Voda Cleaning & Restoration is a growing franchise focused on restoration, floor and fabric care, and cleaning services, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative to help expand our footprint in Miami-Dade County.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role with a strong emphasis on building referral relationships that generate restoration opportunities, while also developing commercial cleaning accounts. If you're comfortable prospecting, getting out in the market, building relationships, and creating opportunities through consistent follow-up and disciplined activity, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact on a growing local business.
You'll work directly with the Owner / Operator and play a meaningful role in helping build Voda's local market presence.
Compensation
Base Salary: $30,000 per year
Target First-Year OTE: $50,000-$70,000+ depending on performance

Commission & Bonus Structure
5% commission on self-generated restoration jobs
3% commission on self-generated one-time commercial cleaning jobs
5% commission on new recurring commercial cleaning accounts for the first 12 months
$500 monthly business development bonus
tied to activity and pipeline KPI targets
This role is designed for someone who wants a stable base plus meaningful upside tied to both business development activity and revenue generation.
What You'll Do
Build referral relationships that generate restoration business
The primary focus of this role is developing relationships that lead to restoration opportunities, especially water mitigation and related services.
You'll spend time building relationships with referral partners such as:
  • Plumbers
  • Property managers
  • Insurance professionals
  • Realtors
  • General contractors / remodelers
  • Facility managers
  • Condo / HOA managers

Responsibilities include:
  • Prospecting and developing new referral relationships
  • Conducting in-person meetings, site visits, drop-ins, and lunches
  • Staying visible with referral partners through consistent follow-up
  • Educating referral sources on Voda's service capabilities and response process
  • Develop commercial cleaning opportunities

In addition to restoration referral development, this role will help generate commercial cleaning revenue by pursuing both one-time and recurring commercial accounts.
That includes:
  • Identifying and prospecting commercial cleaning opportunities
  • Building relationships with commercial accounts and property stakeholders
  • Helping convert one-time jobs into recurring service relationships where appropriate

Own your activity and pipeline
This is a hands-on business development role. Success in this position comes from disciplined outreach, consistent follow-up, and strong relationship management.
You'll be responsible for:
  • Outbound prospecting by phone, email, text, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach
  • Setting and attending meetings with referral partners and commercial prospects
  • Maintaining a pipeline of opportunities and next-step meetings
  • Logging activity, contacts, and follow-up in the CRM
  • Coordinating with the owner and operations side of the business when needed to stay aligned on service delivery and opportunities

Why Join Voda
  • Opportunity to help build a growing franchise's presence in Miami-Dade
  • Direct access to the owner and real visibility into the growth of the business
  • Compensation structure that rewards both business development effort and closed revenue
  • A role with autonomy, accountability, and room to make an impact
  • The chance to help shape local referral relationships and commercial account growth in a growing market

What We're Looking For
Preferred experience
  • Business development, outside sales, account development, or relationship selling experience
  • Experience in restoration, cleaning services, property services, home services, facilities, or related B2B service industries is strongly preferred
  • Experience building referral relationships or selling into local commercial accounts is a plus

Strong candidates will be:
  • Comfortable in a field-based sales role with regular in-person meetings
  • Disciplined with follow-up and pipeline management
  • Proactive and self-directed
  • Professional in front of referral partners, commercial prospects, and customers
  • Organized enough to keep CRM records and activity current
  • Motivated by performance-based compensation and growth opportunity

Language preference
Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred Given the Miami-Dade market, the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a major advantage in this role.
Role Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel throughout Miami-Dade County for meetings, site visits, and networking activity
  • Ability to manage a hybrid schedule that includes field sales activity, remote follow-up, and regular communication with the owner
  • Comfort working in a high-accountability, growth-focused environment
  • Willingness to participate in occasional evening or weekend networking, community, or business-development events as needed

Schedule / Work Style
  • Full-time
  • Hybrid / field-based
  • Local travel throughout Miami-Dade County required
  • Regular in-person meetings with referral partners, commercial prospects, and the owner
