Apex Painting & Contracting is looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated Painting & Construction Technician to join our growing team.

We're not looking for someone who simply wants to clock in, do the minimum, and collect a paycheck.

What You'll Do

Our projects vary, giving you the opportunity to work on and develop skills across multiple trades, including:

• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface preparation, sanding, scraping, caulking, and patching
• Drywall installation, finishing, and repairs
• Stucco and exterior repairs
• Trim, doors, baseboards, and finish carpentry
• Handyman services
• General property repairs and improvements
• Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Demolition and preparation work
• Remodeling and general construction
• Minor maintenance and repair projects
• Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials
• Maintaining clean, safe, and professional jobsites
• Assisting Crew Leads and other team members as needed

Experience in painting, construction, remodeling, drywall, carpentry, handyman work, property maintenance, or related trades is preferred.

You don't need to know everything. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation who is willing to continue learning and improving.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to perform physical construction and maintenance work
• Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials
• Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Available Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay & Additional Earning Opportunities

Base Pay: $17.50–$25/hour, depending on experience, skills, and demonstrated ability.

Your hourly wage doesn't have to be the limit of what you can earn.
