Procurement & Warehouse Specialist

De Pere, Wisconsin | Full-time | On-site

Weโ€™re adding a Procurement and Warehouse Specialist to our team to help keep materials, tools, and equipment moving where theyโ€™re needed most. This role supports purchasing, inventory, and field operations while helping our project teams stay organized and efficient. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and keeping things running right, this could be the perfect fit.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Warehouse and Field Support

  • Receive, label, and organize materials in the shop.
  • Maintain clean and accurate inventory.
  • Coordinate material flow between warehouse, prefab, and field based on project schedules.
  • Help improve inventory systems and processes.

Purchasing and Material Management

  • Compare supplier quotes and verify orders and invoices.
  • Track pricing on common electrical materials, including wire, conduit, devices, panels, lighting, and gear.
  • Schedule deliveries and work with vendors and job sites to resolve discrepancies.
  • Keep purchasing records and documentation current and accurate.

Fleet, Tools, and Equipment

  • Maintain vehicle assignments and service schedules.
  • Track tool distribution and returns.
  • Coordinate calibration, repairs, and replacements.
  • Replenish consumables, PPE, and shop supplies.

What Youโ€™ll Need to Succeed:

  • Two or more years of experience in construction, electrical contracting, or operations coordination.
  • Working knowledge of electrical components and systems such as panels, conductors, conduit types, fittings, gear, and lighting.
  • Familiarity with prefab or shop workflows is preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with basic ERP or purchasing system experience.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed in a warehouse setting.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license.
